I’m going to be offering you tips and tools on how to cope with the Covid-19 blues as well as a few worksheets and mindfulness exercises to keep your thoughts positive during this time of uncertainty. This course is only $5, less than a cup of coffee! The money is used to fund advertising so more people can have help in this time.
